The GB ProConsult team is proud to announce the successful completion of the work on the new commercial logistics center for food products in the “Radinovski Geren” area within the territory of Tsaratsovo, Maritsa municipality. The project was executed with the latest technologies, adhering to the most recent trends in architecture and design.

The logistics center is a single-storey structural block made of prefabricated reinforced concrete with a partially developed floor. The floor slab consists of Spiroll slabs and prefabricated reinforced concrete beams of various sections.

The roofing structure is prefabricated and made of reinforced concrete, including main beams along the letter axes and purlins along the numerical axes, connected by steel horizontal ties. The foundation is constructed with individual flat foundations, which are cast with pre-prepared reinforced concrete cups.

Throughout the entire design and execution process, our team worked closely with the client to ensure optimal solutions and to adapt to all changes and requirements. The completed logistics center is further proof of our professionalism and commitment to quality.
